Former Synovate Team Launch HK Agency

In Hong Kong, former Synovate directors Brendan Shair and Ivy Cheung have launched ShairViews Research, an agency promising clear thinking and 'daring brevity'.

Shair (pictured) has worked in MR for 16 years, recently as MD of Synovate Hong Kong which he left last August to work briefly at HSBC. Cheung has 20 years' research experience, and most recently served as Executive Director of Synovate, where she was responsible for both the research and operations departments.

The pair have already recruited a team of former colleagues which includes ex-AD Eddie Au, now appointed as Research Director.

'At ShairViews, we believe that research should help businesses think with clarity and facilitate timely and strategic decisions,' states Shair. 'This notion brought us together to create ShairViews with the aim to deliver research with daring brevity.'
