Anzalone Liszt Opens 3rd US office

Anzalone Liszt Research (ALR) - which specializes in Democratic Party polling - is opening a third office in New York City, in order to expand the business' growing non-political work. The new operation will be led by Partner Jeff Liszt.

Jeff LisztALR is a public opinion research firm which helps candidates, associations and corporations across the US with message development, strategic planning and targeting. It specializes in surveys and focus groups, strategic research and analysis, and consulting for political campaigns, organizations, and corporations.

In 2008, ALR polled for the 2008 Obama Presidential campaign in seven states, and the company will also be part of the Obama 2012 polling team.

Liszt (pictured) was involved with the 2008 Obama campaign, and he has previously polled for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, and the Democratic Governors Association independent expenditures. His non-political work includes extensive polling on healthcare, conservation, energy, and education.

Commenting on the launch of the new office, ALR founder John Anzalone said: 'We are thrilled that Jeff is opening our third location in New York. With him moving to NYC, ALR hopes to expand our non-profit, philanthropic, and issue advocacy practice.'

Anzalone said ALR is enjoying working for foundations and nonprofits: 'You're not dealing with the frenetic pace of a campaign, and you're often dealing with things that deal with betterment of people,' he added.
