Nuuko Rolls Out Enterprise Analysis Tool

In the US, expert network Nuuko has partnered with business evaluation specialist CSI Diagnostics to roll out the 'Nuuko Enterprise Optimizer' (NEO), a suite of tools designed to enable internal and external stakeholders to offer feedback on an organization's strengths and weaknesses.

Nuuko provides access to 'experts on demand', who can add strategic and tactical advice to client projects. The new NEO tool leads the user through a series of questions in five categories: operations effectiveness, customer satisfaction, organizational agility, innovation, and expanding the learning culture inside the enterprise.

There are several versions of the Optimizer in development, including the I-Optimizer, which takes individuals about three minutes to complete; the Team-Optimizer which allows an enterprise to register up to 20 employees to capture a broader view; and the 360-Optimizer which allows the fielding of customized questions to either 100 or 200 internal and/or external participants.

Both the Team and 360-Optimizer packages include consultation with Nuuko's own experts.

Nuuko Chairman Doug Poretz says the aggregated set of data can reveal where a company is performing well, and where there are symptoms of need.

'The Optimizer products will provide much more accurate organizational views. It's often startling how internal responders see their company compared to customers and other external stakeholders, as well as the divergent views from management and employees,' he adds.
