Yellow Pages Specialist Acquired
US company Integrity Marketing Solutions, which specialises in marketing services for estate planning and elder law, has acquired directory market analyst Simba Yellow Pages. Terms were not disclosed.
 Integrity is the younger of the two firms, established in 1995, while Simba has been offering news and objective analysis in the Yellow Pages directory publishing and directional media market for more than 25 years. Simba Yellow Pages' Editor & Senior Analyst Dave Goddard will now assume the role of Executive Vice President for a new division, IMS Local Search Authority.
Goddard has worked in the yellow pages industry for more than ten years, and before joining Simba, worked as an editor and publisher in the Eagle Publishing Group.
IMS Local Search Authority will continue to provide the Yellow Pages & Directory Report, whose industry coverage includes metrics, analysis and forecasts, and will give subscribers continuing access to its monthly scorecard, the YP&DR Directory Databank.
