Greg Dale and Cameron MeierhoeferDale originally joined comScore in 1999 and had served as COO since August 2009. Karrat joins as President of Global Marketing & Media Solutions, from his most recent role as EVP of Sales & Marketing at digital printing company Mimeo. Before this, he was SVP of Sales at Yahoo! Hotjobs, where he managed a team of 300 sales and support staff.
