Allegiance Hires Former Fidelity MR Director

In the US, survey software provider Allegiance has appointed former Fidelity Investments MR Director Jennifer Beyer as Vice President of Best Practices, to support client requirements for voice-of-customer intelligence (VOCi) programs.

Allegiance's software collects feedback from a number of points within customer relationships, including transactions and customer experience surveys, via web sites, social media and the 'phone. Last summer, the firm closeda $12m round of Series B funding.

Beyer joins from financial services corporation Fidelity Investments, where she led a team of research analysts and was responsible for delivering market insights across the group, including the development and management of B2B and B2C customer satisfaction studies, plus data architecture, reporting and analytics.

Earlier in her career, she spent six years at cable provider Cox Communications, where as Manager, Marketing Sciences, she led a team of marketers and research analysts conducting B2B and B2C financial modelling.
