Senior Hires for MRSS India
MRSS India, the newly announced venture backed by Asian firm Majestic MRSS, has announced three key hires to build its senior team. Seetha Sethuraman, Deepak Mathur and Bhumika Bhuptani will take lead roles developing the firm's client servicing and mystery shopping services.
 The new firm was announced by MMRSS co-founder and President Raj Sharma and former Nielsen MD Sarang Panchal in February. MMRSS itself has a presence in eighteen countries in the Middle East and APAC, as well as qualitative facilities with state of the art focus group suites in major cities.
Ms Sethuraman joins as Senior Director - Client Servicing PHC Group with more than fourteen years of experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare research, most recently at Nielsen and earlier at ORG-MARG. At Nielsen India, she led the Pharmaceutical-Healthcare IPG as Director-Client Solutions and helped to strengthen and scale up the business from a marginal player to a sizeable and reputed division.
Mathur, who becomes Director - Client Servicing Customer Loyalty Group, previously held senior positions at Market Probe, NFO and McKinsey and was most recently a Director at Penn Schoen & Berland Associates.
Ms Bhuptani takes the role of Director - Mystery Shopping Group. She brings over a decade of experience in mystery shopping, most recently at Bare International.
