Three Senior Hires for Symphony

US cross-media ad effectiveness specialist Symphony Advanced Media (SAM) has hired former MarketShare Partners exec Joel Brodsky as Chief Research and Insights Officer; Phil Lambert as VP, Client Solutions; and Dan Kidd as Senior Director, Client Solutions.

Phil Lambert and Dan KiddSAM's solutions provide an integrated view of consumer media consumption, purchase behaviors and brand attitudes across media, including online, TV, print and mobile.

Brodsky joins from MarketShare Partners where he was VP, Analytics Insights, prior to which he served as Chief Statistician at Charles Schwab, and SVP at Citicards. In his new position, he will help direct and expand SAM's Media Insiders consumer panel, as well as the company's technology and insight engine SAM MediaPulse. In addition, he will co-lead cross-media advertising effectiveness and new media research studies for the Coalition for Innovative Media Measurement.

Lambert previously worked at Visual IQ, where he specialized in converting insights from consumer data into marketing actions. He joins with more than 25 years' media analytics expertise gained at companies such as Fortelligent, TrueAdvantage, e-dialog and Harte Hanks.

Kidd recently served as Senior Director of Marketing Solutions at comScore, prior to which he held senior roles at Biz360 and Brandimensions. In his new position, he will manage SAM's automotive, consumer packaged goods, telecoms and financial services practice.
