Vital Insights Hires MD for EMEA
In Germany, automotive customer feedback specialist Vital Insights has appointed Jörg Höhner as Managing Director, EMEA, to focus on accelerating the firm's growth across the region from its base in Hamburg.
 Vital Insights is headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, with additional offices in Arizona and Germany. The firm's flagship Foresight platform distributes, gathers and manages customer feedback, and triggers 'unhappy customer' alerts to staff in real-time. Its newest product, Foresight Mobile, enables clients to respond to issues directly from their wireless smartphones.
Höhner joins after a brief stint at SPA Future Thinking, where he served as SVP of the Automotive Group. Prior to this he worked at Maritz as SVP, Head of Automotive Research for Europe/AsiaPac, and Ipsos Loyalty in Germany. Earlier, he was MD of Ipsos subsidiary Sample QM, and Director of Automotive Research for Ipsos in Hamburg.
