M3 Global Promotes Williams to UK MD

Healthcare research fieldwork firm M3 Global Research has promoted Paul Williams to the position of Managing Director of its operations in Hammersmith, West London.

The firm is the market research division of Tokyo-based M3 Inc - a SONY company which operates a proprietary healthcare professional panel of 1.3 million respondents across more than 60 countries. Last year, M3 Global Research relocated its UK focus group facility to Hammersmith, London, where it offers three viewing rooms equipped with SONY high definition capture.

Williams (pictured) joined the firm in February 2010, having previously served as Business Development Director of E-Tabs. Prior to this, he spent 27 years at auto specialist Lorien Research, where he latterly served as MD, and before this, he worked at Ibucon for 10 years.

Additionally, James Cain has transferred from the New York office to London, where he serves as VP Business Development; and the firm has appointed former All Global exec Sallena Shah as Senior Project Manager in its Qualitative Healthcare team, Clair Hartnett as a graduate trainee in the Quality Assurance team, and Lisa Bagolin has joined from Medefield as a Project Manager on the quant side of the business.
