Bigger Office for Expanding Tuned In

Online insight community specialist Tuned In has moved into larger office space at its premises in Camden Town, London, to house a number of new staff including former FreshMinds director Richie Jones and Circus strategist Natasha Wallace.

Richie Jones and Natasha WallaceFounded in 2006, Tuned In creates bespoke insight communities including 'we love ideas' communities for innovation and product idea creation, and 'consumer immersion' projects to help clients connect with consumers in their own environments. The firm also combines this with a range of complementary approaches such as co-creation workshops and ethnography.

Jones joins as Associate Director after more than seven years at FreshMinds, latterly as Lead Research Consultant, responsible for account management, sales and new business development. Wallace takes on the role of Strategist, having previously worked as an Associate with brand consultancy Circus, and as a Project Manager with KSBR Brand Futures.

The firm has also appointed Zsofia Kerekes and Aggy Piech as Senior Research Executives, and Elodie Roy as a Research Executive.

To house the expanded team, Tuned In has moved to larger office space in its existing building in Camden Town.
