Ipsos Observer Rolls Out in Switzerland

Ipsos has extended its specialist data and delivery business Ipsos Observer to Switzerland, to offer local clients access to the firm's global field and tab services.

Alexandre MinaIpsos Observer offers all forms of fieldwork - online, telephone, face-to-face, postal, omnibus - across both the consumer and B2B sectors.

The new service in Switzerland is led by Alexandre Mina (pictured), who has worked for the firm for the past eight years, and currently serves as Head of Operations at Ipsos' office in Geneva.

Mina explained that the service is suitable for those clients who have the means to analyze data in-house without the need for specialist researchers, as well as those who need information within a short timescale.

Commenting on the roll out, he added: 'This will provide a fantastic opportunity for all our Swiss clients to benefit from Ipsos' international infrastructure available across 84 countries. We believe this will echo well with the needs of these companies which need to conduct international research and test new markets from Switzerland.'
