Senior Hires for The Behavioural Architects

London-based Behavioural Economics (BE) specialist The Behavioural Architects has appointed Gill O'Hanlon and Rachel Abbott as Director and Associate Director respectively.

London firm chalks up two more senior appointmentsO'Hanlon brings over fifteen years of MR experience, most recently at The Futures Company as Director and UK Head of Qualitative Research. Here she built and led the FMCG sector while also working in other verticals including financial and public sector. Specialities include devising methodologies to reach and engage hard to reach audiences, and work with the BBC over five years helping to develop the Switchover Help Scheme.

Company co-founder Sarah Davies comments: 'Gill has always been at the cutting edge of applying new thinking to research. Her depth of expertise across our key client sectors will be a huge asset to TBA.'

Abbott has a background in anthropology and was previously an AD at 2CV, specialising in behaviour change, the application of behavioural sciences to research and in particular strategic behaviour change research projects for government departments. Co-founder Crawford Hollingworth says, 'Rachel is passionate about behavioural economics and the behavioural sciences. She will make a great addition to our team helping us create and drive new BE methodologies'.
