Face Hires Jacob in Singapore and Murphy in US

Cello-owned co-creation agency Face has appointed Serena Jacob as Head of Singapore, while former Rockhopper Research CEO Leonard 'Lenny' Murphy has joined the firm's Advisory Board.

Face, which operates from offices in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore, has dedicated teams of planners, researchers and social media specialists who work on new product development, concept generation, brand insight and positioning projects.

Jacob joins with more than 25 years' market research, consultancy, and business management experience. Most recently, she worked at Insight Asia Research Group, where she served as Regional Qualitative Director in Singapore, heading up a team of researchers across Asia. Prior to this, she co-founded consumer insights firm Shaman, headed IndEurope Consulting, and worked in qual research at Pathfinders, India.

In her new role, Jacob will be servicing the agency's key clients in Singapore, working alongside Face Asia's MD Andrew Ho and Global Commercial Director Daniel Tompsett.

Meanwhile in the US, Murphy joins the Advisory Board, having previously served as CEO of Rockhopper Research and of startup BrandScan360. He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of the GreenBook Blog and GreenBook Research Industry Trends Report.
