Verve Adds Antilli as Partner

Former ad planner and Essential Research co-founder Luca Antilli has joined London-based online community specialist Verve as a Partner.

Luca AntilliAntilli worked as an account planner at ad agency DDB London and then Head of Youth Insight at the BBC, before leaving to co-found media and entertainment specialist Essential Research, serving as its MD. Essential was acquired two years ago by SPA Future Thinking, for whom Antilli then also worked as an MD.

Fast-growing Verve says the new arrival brings 'a range of complementary techniques' to add to its client offering, including Customer Immersion, which he pioneered at the BBC; and the Deliberative research approach, recruiting large numbers of respondents for iterative, qualitative insight feeding product, service or policy development.

CEO Andrew Cooper comments: 'Our Community Panel approach is all about bringing the voice of the customer in to our clients businesses through tactical research, strategic research and customer immersion - both online and face to face. Luca's expertise and leadership in the areas such as customer immersion really helps expand our offering to our clients and he is already busy leading some exciting programmes.'

Founded in 2008, Verve is online at www.addverve.com .
