Pyramid Sale Completed
UK-based business information firm Progressive Digital Media Group Plc has completed its $3.3m acquisition of Pyramid Research.
 The deal was announced less than a month ago, and today the Board said all conditions had been satisfied. Progressive provides business information to consumer and technology markets, while Pyramid specialises in ICT market analysis and was previously part of United Business Media (UBM).
Progressive CEO Simon Pyper (pictured) said in December that Pyramid has 'a well-regarded brand name, a portfolio of high quality data assets and moreover, an expanding presence in some of the world's fastest growing markets.'
