Keynote Snaps Up Mobile Testing Firm Meucci

US testing and monitoring firm Keynote Systems has acquired Belgium-based Meucci Solutions, which offers mobile fraud detection and quality-of-service monitoring. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Keynote, which provides testing, monitoring and measurement products and services across online portals and sites, mobile operators and infrastructure providers, was itself acquired by private equity firm Thoma Bravo last August. Meucci Solutions will now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keynote, reporting to German telecoms testing subsidiary Keynote SIGOS.
