M/A/R/C Hires for Business Development Team

In the US, full service agency M/A/R/C Research has appointed MR industry execs Suann Griffin and Mike Fisher as New Business Development Directors.

M/A/R/C was founded in 1965, and in 1999 it became part of global marcoms group Omnicom. The firm's core competency is measuring attitudes and behavior to explain and predict market share, revenue and the impact of clients' actions.

Griffin joins from healthcare MR firm WorldOne where she latterly served as Senior Manager of Client Services North America. Prior to this she was a Senior Market Research Consultant at Outside Insights, where she worked for nearly eight years; served as Manager of Insights at Shell Oil Company; and was a Senior Project Director at Genactis.

Fisher previously worked at enterprise feedback management company Questback as Director of Insight Solutions, before which he was a Client Advisor at newBrandAnalytics, and worked at MarketForce Information as Director of Strategic Relationships. Earlier in his career, he was an Account Manager at Maritz Research, and served as Director of Hotel Marketing at Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
