Tip Tap Debuts Consumer Behavior Analysis API
Technology and consulting company Tip Tap Lab has released a platform called the Psychology API, which directly captures and measures those consumer personality traits, values, tastes, and preferences that drive purchasing behavior.
US-based TipTap Lab employs a psychological approach to help companies connect with current and potential customers, and its technology and scientific methods enable the company to collect customers' psychological profiles and identify the motivations behind their behavior.
The firm's new Psychology API is built around 'Image Selection Tasks'; a game-like way of collecting psychological data, which gives scores for each trait collected. This provides organizations with an assessment of a customer's psychological profile without exposing any personally identifying information.
