Incite Expansion Drives Leadership Changes

Roger Banks, the UK MD of consumer specialist Incite, has been promoted to the role of Group Managing Director, following growth in the firm's international business. Director Peter Kneale has taken over Banks' previous role in the UK.

Roger Banks and Peter KnealeFounded in 2000, the London-based firm is owned by printing group St Ives and recently reported 13% year-on-year growth in the financial year ended February 2014. Last year, Incite opened offices in New York and Singapore, which are already contributing 15% of the company's ad hoc business revenues, laying the foundation for market expansion in the coming months.

Banks comments: 'We are particularly pleased to see both continued double-digit growth in the UK and the successful introduction of our particular flavour of research into new markets over the last year. Our international growth is particularly pleasing; knowledge sharing and know-how has gained great traction with multi-market client relationships that will drive our international expansion in the coming year.'

Banks became Incite's UK MD in 2006, having previously served as Global CEO of Research International, where he worked for nearly twenty years. Prior to this, he was Group Head at BJM Research, and he held senior roles at NatWest Bank and Fiat Auto UK. Kneale joined the firm in 2010 from TNS RI, where he served as Joint MD of the FMCG and Retail sector business in the UK. He worked for TNS for five years, prior to which he was a director at NFO World Group.
