SurveyMonkey Partners to Add Social Media Data

Social media analyst Pick1 and DIY survey firm SurveyMonkey are integrating services to allow customers a simple way to collect and analyse survey respondents' social media data.

Paolo PriviteraThrough the integration, SurveyMonkey customers will be able to access their surveys via the Pick1 interface, and see their survey results in real-time, enhanced with social media data. The deal will provide information from more than 200 social media data points from over a dozen sources, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twittter and Google+, and the firms say the combination can be used for researching consumer behavior, exploring new product ideas, and gauging customer satisfaction.
