Senior Changes at ICM
Creston-owned full service agency ICM has promoted Head of Qualitative Research Iain Carruthers to its Board, and given existing Director Alex Knight a wider remit as Insight Division COO and CFO.
 Carruthers, who joined the firm last year from Interbrand, will continue to lead the development of ICM's qual offering, but will also take on a broader role that includes managing the firm's brand and people development.
After nearly two years with the company, Knight retains overall responsibility for ICM's financial performance, while playing a more active role in the operational and commercial processes for both ICM Direct and ICM Research.
Andrew Wiseman, MD of ICM Group, commented: 'Both Iain and Alex have made a significant and valuable contribution to the business during their time at ICM. I'm delighted that Iain has joined the Board of Directors and to have extended Alex's remit.'
