Radius Promotes Weinhausen to Lead US Qual Practice

In New York, Radius Global Market Research has promoted Bari Weinhausen to the role of Director of Qualitative Research, in charge of its qual practice in the US. She will also lead efforts to develop new research approaches using online and traditional techniques.

Weinhausen (pictured) joined Profile Market Research in 1995, and the firm was acquired by Radius GMR a year ago. Most recently, she has served as Group Research Manager, working across a mix of sectors, and conducting extensive ethnographic research including participant observation during the shopping experience in grocery and mass-market environments.

In her new role, Weinhausen is based in Palm Beach, Florida, and reports to MD Chip Lister, who comments: 'Bari has a strong track record of partnering with marketers across a wide range of industries to build their businesses through innovative qualitative research approaches. Her leadership in the US will round out our strong global team also serving Europe, the Middle East and Africa.'
