uSamp Hire Boosts Mobile Panel Expertise

Online sampling and research technology company uSamp has appointed industry veteran Joe Jordan as Vice President, Panel Operations, with a focus on mobile.

Joe JordanuSamp's mobile market research solutions allow mobile consumers to scan product barcodes and QR codes, and clients to measure ad awareness and exposure. In addition, targeted survey notifications can be triggered via geofencing technology. Yesterday, the firm announced the launch of two new products - Mobile In-Home and Mobile In-Store - to allow real-time access to consumers in the two different contexts.

Jordan (pictured) joins uSamp with twenty years' market research experience. Most recently, he served as Strategic Account Director, Media & Entertainment at social media analytics specialist Networked Insights. Earlier, he was Director of Client Services and Research Operations at Troy Research, and he held senior posts at Maritz Research and Strategic Media Research.
