GQR Links with Don Guy to Launch in Canada

Washington, DC-based polling firm Greenberg Quinlan Rosner (GQR) has partnered with Canadian public affairs strategist Don Guy to open an office in Toronto.

Don GuyGQR specializes in using data and research to inform communications strategies - whether for 'presidents of countries or presidents of corporations'. The new office is the firm's fifth, joining Washington DC, New York, London and Buenos Aires.

Guy (pictured) is a founding partner at public affairs agency Kool Topp & Guy, and he previously ran his own boutique research, opinion polling and communications agency. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Advisor - Strategy & Communications on the 2013 British Columbia Liberal Election Campaign, and he spent thirteen years as Campaign Director for the Ontario Liberal Party. He was also President & CEO of Pollara Strategic Insights.

Commenting on Guy's appointment as Managing Director GQR Canada and Vice President in the company's global practice, EVP Jeremy Rosner said: 'We are thrilled Don is joining to head up our Canadian arm.
