Face Facts Hires Four, Promotes Two to Director

Leeds, UK-based quant fieldwork specialist Face Facts has hired former Quaestor director Rachel Hoy for the new role of Client Services Director. The firm has also made three other appointments and two senior internal promotions.

Rachel HoyFace Facts offers a range of field services including postal, telephone, face-to-face and online, and its founder Alison White previously held roles at Clearstream Research, Management Information Scotland, Ipsos MORI and mruk.

Hoy (pictured) joins with a twenty year MR background. Most recently, she served as Research Director at child, youth and family focused agency Platypus Research, in Wakefield; and before this she held senior roles at Optimsa/Quaestor. She began her career as a Research Executive in ORC International's Financial Services division.

Other new joiners are Sandip Dhillon, who joins as an Assistant Account Manager after working as an Accounts Assistant at G4S; Johanna Jones who takes up the position of Account Manager after thirteen years at Swift Research; and Eve Baker, joining as Data Executive after eight years in the data team at McCallum Layton.

Meanwhile Julie Gaughan and Jo Hughes have been promoted to Director, to help White grow the business. Gaughan, who joined the company two years ago after 23 years at Optimisa, will head the Accounts team; while Hughes, who worked at Nunwood until joining Face Facts eighteen months ago, now leads the company's Data team.
