Former Monster President to Lead B2B Info Specialist

Steve Pogorzelski, former Group President of job board Monster and CEO of marketing analytics platform provider ClickFuel, is to lead sales and marketing enablement and BI solutions provider Avention, Inc., formerly known as OneSource.

Formerly OneSource, the firm provides real-time, actionable B2B data including business leads, information on market segments and a wide range of other insights.

Pogorzelski joins from Vocus, where he was Chief Revenue Officer. While at Monster, he helped grow the company's revenue from $45m to $1.4bn. In his new role, his remit is to accelerate the growth of the company, which rebranded and launched a new platform earlier this year, and is now looking to expand around the globe.
