Promotions for dunnhumbyUSA

Retail analytics firm dunnhumbyUSA has announced six further promotions, as it prepares to move into its new corporate headquarters in downtown Cincinnati.

The firm, which is a joint venture between Cincinnati-based grocery chain Kroger and London-based dunnhumby, is due to occupy the new building in the first quarter of 2015. It currently employs more than 700 staff, will have room to add 1,000 more in the new space.

Adam Walker and Daniel Cooper have been promoted to Insights Analyst. Walker was previously an Associate Analyst, and will now be responsible for delivering data-driven insights to CPG and retail clients. Cooper, formerly an Associate, Communications & Media will work on custom analytics projects.

Alan Bai and Ben Brawley become Associate Directors, from previous positions as Senior Associate, Custom Insights and Capability Lead, respectively. Bai, who before joining the firm worked as a consultant at Alliance Data System, takes responsibility for developing and managing personalized online marketing products for clients. Brawley will develop new business among retail suppliers. In his previous role he was responsible for supporting retail pricing and promotions.

Brian Kathmann, who is promoted from Client Solutions Lead on the Price & Promotions team to the role of Director, will now work with capability, client and insight leaders to develop a roadmap for the firm's customer-guided merchandising solutions. Before joining the company, he worked at Fifth Third Bank in internal communications and marketing.

Dana Rhoades worked previously as an Associate, Communications & Media, and now takes the role of Customer Knowledge Capability Associate, responsible for studying customer trends, behavior and attitudes, and their impact on clients.
