Senior Appointment for Directions
US company Directions Research, Inc. (DRI) has hired Betsy Sutherland as Senior Vice President of Client Service.
Established in 1989 and headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Directions offers research in a range of sectors in consumer, technology and pharma markets.
Sutherland brings more than 25 years of experience, most recently from M/A/R/C Research where she was EVP / General Manager East Division. She holds an MMR from the University of Georgia and a BA in Business Administration from Brenau College.
In her new role, based in Greensboro, NC, she will combine a focus on key accounts with helping business expansion into new areas.
The company announced three appointments in August, including Joseph Hall as SVP of Big Data Custom Solutions; along with the promotions of Jim Lane and Tim Laake. In April it promoted Dan Argo to Director IT, Security & Compliance; and 24-year company veteran Eric Groeschen to Senior Data Consultant.
