Vital Findings Boosts Senior Team
Los Angeles, California-based researcher Vital Findings has appointed former Millward Brown exec Amanda Hirsch as Vice President, charged with evolving its strategic consulting services and managing growth into new verticals.
Launched in 2011, Vital Findings offers full service research including quant and qual, information design and 'storytelling deliverables'.
Hirsch, who will report to MD and founder Jason Kramer, worked most recently as a VP at Millward Brown, leading large-scale global brand and ad tracking, copy testing, segmentation, brand equity and custom research. Her experience covers a broad range of sectors from apparel and footwear, through media and entertainment to healthcare and automotive. Earlier in her career, she trained at Harris Interactive, and opened the Los Angeles office of boutique research firm TideWatch. She holds a dual degree in Economics and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College.
Her new role encompasses further development of the firm's information design and research visualization techniques, as well as organizational and staff development / recruitment; and she will work closely with Kramer on business development.
Kramer says the new arrival 'understands what it takes to take a brand from good to great', and welcomes her experience 'providing strategic business advice firmly grounded in data'. He continues: 'As a quantitative research expert and RIVA-trained moderator, Amanda is uniquely positioned to lead our team of cross-trained qual/quant researchers.'
