ThinkNow Expands Business Development Team

Hispanic market specialist ThinkNow Research has appointed former uSamp exec Heather Scrittorale as Director of Business Development for Sample, while Greg DeLacy joins as Business Development Manager.

Heather ScrittoraleBurbank, CA-based ThinkNow specializes in researching the US Hispanic demographic and other hard-to-reach consumers through online research panels and communities targeting acculturated, un-acculturated and bi-cultural Hispanic US citizens. The firm also designs and implements custom quant and qual studies.

Srittorale (pictured) joins from Los Angeles-based mobile survey specialist Pollfish, where she served as Director, Market Research, Solutions & Insights, prior to which she was Business Development Manager at uSamp. Earlier in her career, she held business development and account management roles at eLocalrank.com, Deluxe Corporation and AMS Mortgage. In addition, she serves as President of the Southern California Chapter of the MRA.

DeLacy spent the last ten years at media firm Hispanic Business Inc., during which time he helped build client ad and recruitment campaigns , and developed business for all product lines. He will use this background to support ThinkNow's full-service research clients in the Western US.
