dunnhumbyUSA Hires and Promotes

In Cincinnati, retail analytics giant dunnhumbyUSA has appointed Michael Whynott as Senior Associate Custom Insights, and Liz Yauch as Associate Custom Insights. The firm has also promoted four members of the team.

Michael Whynott and Liz YauchdunnhumbyUSA, which is a joint venture between Cincinnati-based grocery chain Kroger and London-based dunnhumby, is due to relocate into new corporate headquarters in downtown Cincinnati later this quarter. It currently employs more than 700 staff, and will have room to add 1,000 more in the new space.

Whynott previously worked for Fifth Third Bank as a Compliance Officer, involved in gathering large amounts of data, interpreting and presenting analytical results, documenting statistics, and researching bank policies. In his new role, he is responsible for delivering custom analytical insights to clients.

Yauch joins from Shankman & Associates, where she served as Strategic Customer Insights Analyst, prior to which she was a Reporting Analyst at Formica Corporation. At dunnhumbyUSA, she is responsible for analyzing behavioral and attitudinal data in order to help drive sales and customer loyalty.

The firm has also promoted Ben Voorhorst to Analyst, Manufacturer Practice; Holly Laiveling to Senior Associate, Custom Insights; Julian Farbstein to Vice President, Client Leadership; and John Rudisill to Director, Analysis.
