Jennifer Sproul Leaves MRS for Opinion Matters

UK agency Opinion Matters has hired former Market Research Society (MRS) director Jennifer Sproul for the newly created position of Head of Client Services.

Jennifer SproulOpinion Matters conducts research and collects feedback through niche panels, and employs both research specialists and people with strong editorial backgrounds. Their work feeds into PR/communications strategies, as well as informing business decisions.

Sproul (pictured) joins with more than ten years' industry experience. Most recently, she worked for the MRS as Sales & Marketing Director, where she led the planning and implementation of initiatives relating to products and services across the industry body. In this role, she was also responsible for the day-to-day running of the MRS membership, company partner, training, qualifications and advertising sales teams. Earlier, she worked for the MRS' publishing and events arm.

In her new role, Sproul will be responsible for both new business and the management of the client team.
