Vision Critical Kicks Off 'Sports Fan Council'

Customer intelligence software company Vision Critical has launched a platform called the 'Sports Fan Council', through which teams can harness the collective wisdom of their supporters.

Teams need to understand supporters...more than everBuilt on the firm's customer intelligence platform, the new community comprises thousands of fans who provide feedback to help teams increase fan satisfaction and loyalty, improve ticket sales, maintain and secure partnerships, and improve existing products.

Sports clients can use it to get a picture of what motivates fans to buy, how much they are willing to spend, and how they feel about their experience both before and after a game. The firm says the solution can also be used to help identify why fans make the purchasing decisions they do over time, discover what creates loyalty among fans, and to foster off-season engagement.
