Former Toluna Execs Launch SampTech in India

In India, former Toluna execs Sandeep Chibber and Ashish Mathur have launched a new company called SampTech Consulting Services, to help retailers and corporate clients understand how individuals behave when choosing a product and what influences those decisions.

Most recently, Chibber spent a brief spell as a Project Manager at SampleVibe, prior to which, he worked for Toluna (formerly Greenfield online) for a decade, where he latterly served as Associate Manager, responsible for compiling CSAT data, and handling all aspects of project management. Mathur recently worked in business development roles at krea and at VoxApp, before which, he was Sales Manager - Online MR at YouMint Media, and he worked in client development roles at Toluna.

Their new Haryana-based firm SampTech offers a range of services - from questionnaire design and survey programming, to online (mobile, tablet, and laptop) and offline (CAPI, PAPI and CATI) data collection, translations, and DP and analysis, along with techniques such as conjoint and maxdiff modelling.

Commenting on the launch, the pair said: 'Our work not only delivers valuable research, but also demonstrates how the results can be turned into action oriented strategies to bring tangible profit to organization.'
