Qzzr Team Rolls Out Pollcaster Online Polling Tool

The team responsible for online quiz tool Qzzr has rolled out a standalone product called Pollcaster, which allows users to create and embed social media polls on their web sites.

Josh LittleLaunched last year with $2m in seed funding, Qzzr enables users to create quizzes, post them anywhere on the web, view them on any device, and track results. The firm now has a customer base of tens of thousands, including publishers such as Yahoo!, LinkedIn, Yelp and NBC.

Launched on the back of Qzzr, Pollcaster offers a simple platform for creating and deploying online polls in minutes, to drive social media traffic, generate leads and gain insights about consumer preferences. Through the platform, people or companies can launch mobile-first, responsive online polls, post them anywhere online, and track results through a range of analytics. In addition, Pollcaster can show a breakdown of any opinion by region, age and gender.
