DJS Rolls Out Parents, Kids and Teens MR Community

North of England-based agency DJS Research has launched Chatter Zone, an online market research community for parents, kids and teens.

A community for those aged 8-18, and their parentsThe community comprises 100 kids and teens aged between 8 and 18, and a further 50 mums and dads who have children within the same age range. Clients can choose from a variety of different tasks for participants to complete over a four week period - such as forum discussions, consumer feedback, creative tasks, mini-polls and surveys - and the resulting reports will include visuals, videos, case studies and infographics.

For the launch, DJS has brought together specialists in qual, online communities and kids/teen research including Lian Nuttal, Chatter Zone Project Manager, who will focus on the day-to-day running of the community; Research Executive Matt Walker, who will monitor the community and liaise with participants; and Operations Manager Anthea Thompson, who will oversee recruitment and screening.

Gill Redfern, the firm's Research Director who is also Quality Director of the new initiative, comments: 'Many of our clients' customers, or at least end users, are under 18 years, and often their research plans and budgets do not extend to speaking to this younger audience on a regular basis. Chatter Zone offers clients an affordable and accessible way of capturing valuable feedback from both kids/teens and their mums or dads.'
