Former comScore Exec Joe Lahr Joins SureFire Social

Former comScore exec Joe Lahr has joined web marketing performance measurement specialist SureFire Social as Vice President of Technology.

Founded in 2009, McLean, Virginia-based SureFire Social develops online marketing tools, technology and services. Earlier this month, the firm rolled out its digital marketing automation platform, SurePulse, to enable businesses to manage and measure online marketing across digital channels.

Lahr (pictured) joins with more than seventeen years' experience in data processing and technology operations. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at ad targeting firm Targeted Victory, prior to which, he spent thirteen years at digital measurement specialist comScore. Having joined the firm in its early stages, Lahr helped comScore develop many of its audience and ad analytics tools and syndicated products, and in his latter role as VP of Digital Advertising Solutions, he helped the firm build its AdEffx suite.
