IFF Celebrates Half Century with Hires and Promotions

London-based IFF Research has announced five new hires - Sara Dobie and Sam Morris as SREs, graduate trainees Conor Healy and Jeffy Henderson, and Mark Lynch as Marketing Executive. Three employees are also promoted.

David VivianAndrew Bigby is promoted to Telephone Centre Manager, Eleonore Desnos to full-time Interviewing Services Project Controller, and Hannah Kew to Research Assistant.

The firm, which began as a b2b specialist, recently celebrated its 50th year in business and now boasts expertise in sectors including branding, marketing and communications; employment and benefits; financial services; and health and wellbeing.

Dobie worked previously at Crisis and Ipsos MORI, while Morris is rejoining the company having worked at IFF as a Research Executive before returning to academia. Healy is a University of Cambridge History graduate while Henderson has a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Edinburgh. Lynch worked previously at QEnergy and MKB Law Solicitors.

Bigby takes up his new position after nearly twelve years at IFF, having joined in 2003 as an Interviewer and since progressed through the roles of Telephone Centre Supervisor, and Quality Control Manager. Earlier in his career, he worked at Ronin and RSM. Desnos, who joined IFF in 2010, has been working in the Interviewing Services Project Control team since 2013; while Kew began working at IFF more than six years ago - initially as a Supervisor, and then as a Project Controller.

David Vivian (pictured), Director responsible for research, states: 'We have been looking to strengthen the research team after a successful year and this is the start of a series of new recruits over the summer'.
