4INFO Hires Ad Targeting and Measurement Specialist

In the US, mobile ad targeting specialist 4INFO has hired former Ipsos and Microsoft exec Ken Mallon as Chief Product Officer.

Ken MallonHeadquartered in San Mateo, with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Boston, 4INFO offers a flagship product called AdHaven Bullseye, which enables advertisers to target consumers online by matching mobile device data to household-level purchase data. To date, this patented mobile technology has tied 152 million mobile devices to 101 million US households.

Mallon (pictured) brings fifteen years' experience of ad targeting, measurement and insights products. Most recently, he spent two years as Principal Architect for Measurement and Insights Products at Microsoft, where he led the development of pre-campaign and post-campaign measurement and insights solutions. Before this, he was Global President, Digital for Ipsos ASI; VP and Head of Yahoo! AdLabs; SVP, Global Custom Solutions; and Digital Ad Effectiveness Consulting at Dynamic Logic; and he served as a Media Consultant at Millward Brown. Earlier, at Yahoo!, he led an Insights and Data Science team that developed the firm's first behavioral targeting models.
