Hall and Partners Ups Tempo

Brand and comms researcher Hall & Partners has hired three staff for its mobile-focused division, Tempo, running since February and formally launched just last month. Simon Walker joins as 'Director of Crowds' and Kimberly Webb as Director, while Gedas Tamutis takes the role of 'Project Engager'.

3 new arrivals at TempoTempo uses technology to gather 'in the moment' feedback in the form of data, pictures, video and stories.

Walker (pictured top) brings 25 years' experience of media, as a photojournalist, News Picture Editor at The Times from 2005 to 2010, and then four years creating and running a digital social media business.

Webb was a qualitative researcher at Optimisa before joining Synovate in an international role. She moved client side with Intercontinental Hotels where she was responsible for global insight, research and brand strategy projects, before a brief stint in a senior planning role at London-based consultancy Haines-MacGregor, starting in 2014. She will concentrate on client relationships and client focus.

Tamutis worked previously at 2CV and M3 Global in project management roles. The firm describes his new role as 'to find, recruit and engage our pop up community members so they feel inspired to share and document their lives with us through our mobile and online platform'.
