Upgrade for IntuiLab Real-Time Interaction Software

IntuiLab, which makes interactive experience software for use with digital signage and other devices, has launched an enterprise-class data tracking capability for use in gathering business insights.

The company's flagship product is IntuiFace, a platform allowing users to build interactive experiences driven by mobile devices, multi-touch displays, RFID/NFC readers, IoT devices and others, without writing code. IntuiFace interacts with a wide variety of database programs in real-time and ties their data in with the ongoing actions of users standing at the screen.

The firm makes its tracking data available to all users from the free version upwards, but says clients of the new enterprise version will get 'the most extensive source of business insight in the digital signage industry'. Data from the end point devices - from digital signs to self-service kiosks and assisted selling environments - is forwarded to a 'highly scalable and redundant' cloud-based hub hosted by IntuiLab, and then to the client businesses software of choice, whether analytics, marketing or data warehousing. Options include any of 150 plus platforms made available through the Segment data integration platform.
