Foresee Finds New CEO
In the US, customer experience analytics specialist Foresee has appointed former NetSuite exec Pete Daffern as Chief Executive Officer. He replaces Larry Freed, who left the company in 2014, following its acquisition by Q&A platform Answers.com.
 Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, ForeSee uses a patented method to capture and analyse voice-of-customer (VoC) data, helping clients to increase loyalty, recommendations and marketing value. Last year, the firm expanded its platform with the addition of two new products - 'Feedback' and 'Sentiment Analytics'.
Daffern (pictured) joins from NetSuite, where he was the President of EMEA and Vertical Markets. Prior to this, he served as CEO of mobile banking and payments platform ClairMail, was Chairman and CEO of data management firm Purisma, and VP of Business Development at advanced analytics company Vitria Technology. He began his career at business intelligence specialist Crystal Decisions.
In his new role, one of Daffern's initial tasks is to double the employee base in engineering and support. He replaces Freed, who is now CEO of management consultancy 2nd Stage Partners. Foresee Board Director Marcelo Gigliani said of Daffern's appointment: 'Pete is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of propelling businesses forward, elevating their brand profile, and building a culture that encourages innovation on every front.
