Paradigm Sample Hires NPD Group Veteran Michael Klotz

US-based Paradigm Sample has appointed NPD Group veteran Michael Klotz as Vice President of Client Services.

Founded in 2009, Paradigm offers access to more than eight million panellists, and specializes in hard-to-reach populations across the world. In addition, its Paradigm Mobile division combines real-time active and passive consumer data collection.

Klotz (pictured) joins with sixteen years' client and business development experience in the market research sector. Most recently, he served as SVP, Client Services at Insights Meta, where he led the sales, account management, marketing, product creation and project management efforts. Prior to this, he spent fifteen years at The NPD Group, having joined as Project Director in 1999, and latterly served as Director, Client Development, working with clients in the video game industry, and managing a team of account managers.

In his new role, Klotz will help head Paradigm's Client Services division, while focusing on developing deeper relationships with clients.
