Research Now Launches Automated Study Option

Digital data collection specialist Research Now has launched a suite of study templates for common research topics, offering a rapid and lower-cost solution for business decision-makers, but still with input from a researcher.

Melanie CourtrightThe new 'Research Now Marketplace' launches with seven initial study types - concept test, brand health, attitude and usage, creative test, share of wallet, customer satisfaction and employee culture - with additional study types in development to be added at staged releases.

Studies can be initiated through an online form, and are generally completed within a few business days. Results are delivered in real-time via an online dashboard, and users have the ability to filter and download the data. The firm says that unlike DIY and other software tools, every project is reviewed and monitored by a market researcher to ensure the intent and results of the fielded study meet the client's expectations. The solution is currently available in the US, Canada and the UK, and will be available in Europe in mid-April, and in APAC later this year.

Melanie Courtright (pictured), EVP, Global Products and Services, comments: 'With the introduction of our new family of automated research solutions, we are able to offer the highest quality data set based on our member source to a broader customer base than ever before possible. Research Now Marketplace automated research offers affordable and fast tech-based research, enabling researchers and business line managers to make more confident decisions on every day, important topics'.
