Schlesinger Hires Mavretish for Interactive Arm

US-based fieldwork firm Schlesinger Interactive has appointed former Instantly exec Alan Mavretish as Vice President, Client Development, based in the Pittsburgh, PA office.

Parent company Schlesinger Associates has a network of fourteen focus group facilities in the US, and also owns companies in Paris, London and Germany. Last October, it acquired Chicago-based medical fieldwork firm MedQuery. The Schlesinger Interactive arm offers online data collection, interactive communities and 'new and evolving technologies'.

Mavretish (pictured) joins with more than 22 years' experience. Most recently, he worked for online sampling and technology company Instantly (formerly uSamp) as Senior Director, Research Solutions, after a spell as VP, Client Development at healthcare sampling specialist M3 Global Research. Earlier, he worked at Canada-based online qual platform provider itracks for nearly five years, latterly as VP of Client Development. In his new role he will support clients' immediate and long-term data collection objectives.
