Lumi App Enhanced for Anonymous Feedback

Mobile survey technology specialist Lumi has released a new version of its Meetoo real-time messaging and polling app, allowing anonymous feedback and a range of customisation features.

Richard TaylorLumi says the privacy profile feature will allow participants at meetings and events to give 'honest and uninhibited feedback' on topics under discussion. Moderators can disable the creation of participant profiles on the fly - for example during a controversial part of a discussion, allowing anonymity and therefore more candid responses to questions.

In addition, users can now tailor the welcome page of the app to add instructions, speaker biographies, agendas and web site links; change the theme and branding of the app for individual meetings and include images, logos or photographs. The app's users include large corporate clients and educational establishments.

EMEA Managing Director Jon Fowler comments: 'Too often audiences are afraid to speak their mind in front of their bosses, peers or classmates, which hampers their engagement in meetings and events. These latest updates to Meetoo are designed to empower participants to speak their mind without fear of potential negative repercussions'. Chief Exec Richard Taylor (pictured) comments: 'We believe that being able to customize the app to more closely meet the needs of each individual customer will help make it an even more indispensable tool...'

In February, the firm partnered with Kantar Health to launch an app combining short surveys with images, videos and the collection of passive biometric and activity data from various mobile health and wearable devices.

With offices in ten countries, Lumi is online at www.lumiinsight.com .
