Hires and Promotions for US Consumer Data Firm
Consumer data specialist 84.51 degrees, the firm which grew out of dunnhumbyUSA, has appointed three people, and promoted Molly Hjelm and Lisa Barnes to Director level, strengthening its Brand Media offering.
Hjelm becomes Director of Brand Media, from Associate Director, and will continue to help clients with development and measurement of customer-focused media strategies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
Barnes has been promoted to Director, Brand Media Solutions Engineer, managing a team of Solutions Engineers (her previous role) on the brand media team working for CPG clients. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University.
The company has also hired Maggie Filipow as Associate Client Lead; Taylor Stowers-Laible as Communications Associate and Vaishnavi Senthil as Associate Analyst.
Filipow joins from United Way of Greater Cincinnati where she served as Relationship Manager, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University. In her new role, she is responsible for merchandising insights and activation.
Stowers-Laible will focus on internal communications. She joins after working as a Communications Specialist at Omnicare, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Northern Kentucky University.
Senthil worked as an Analyst at Latentview Analytics in India, having graduated with a Master of Science in Information Systems from University of Cincinnati. She is now responsible for analysing and evaluating customer data for personalized mailers and online offers.
Barnes is based in the Chicago office, the other four in its Cincinatti headquarters.
