NGDATA Opens Singapore Office
Gent, Belgium-based consumer intelligence specialist NGDATA has expanded into the Asia Pacific region, with the opening of an office in Singapore. The new operation is led by Frank Weyns, who has joined as Head of APAC Operations.
 NGDATA's flagship customer experience management software solution Lily Enterprise combines machine learning with big data from point-of-sale (POS) systems, enterprise applications, social media sites and more, to generate a snapshot of consumer preferences and behavior, and help with personalisation. The firm says its latest expansion has been driven by demand for this software across the Asia Pacific region.
Weyns joins with more than 25 years' experience of leading international sales, advisory and enterprise software teams at fintech companies Algorithmics, Misys and Reval, as well as holding senior positions at advisory practices E&Y and Deloitte. In his new role, Weyns is responsible for managing NGDATA's sales and field operations in this region.
