Key Promotions and Hires at Consumer Data Firm

Cincinatti-based consumer data and engagement specialist 84.51 degrees has made three hires and announced three promotions. The latter are Meredith Ficks, promoted to Capability Director, Jeffrey Hetzel, who becomes Data Delivery Director and Ali Hodek who is now Client Lead.

Ficks, promoted from Senior Capability Associate, takes responsibility for shaping the firm's data strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Kenyon College.

Hetzel takes charge of data delivery, execution, and reporting of Kroger best customer communication campaigns. Previously a Senior Data Developer, he holds a Bachelor of Information Engineering from American Intercontinental University.

Hodek will support the Multicultural team and multicultural initiatives at Kroger, and is raised from the position of Associate Client Lead. She earned a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from The Carlson School of Management at The University of Minnesota.

Emily Hill joins the company as a Designer, creating customer communications. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design: Product Development from the University of Cincinnati. Jesse Auciello is appointed as Lead UX Designer, steering customer experience design on web and mobile products. He was previously the Mobile Design Lead at Cardinal Solutions. Sahil Sampat joins as an Analyst, responsible for loyal customer communication mailers, and was previously a Data Analyst at DMI in Mason, Ohio. He holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati.
